, our customers rely on us to deliver successful outcomes. Today, maybe it's 1,000 stainless hex nuts delivered on-site by 10am so a production line can return to operation. Tomorrow, it's special manufactured super duplex bolting shipped to Australia for an undersea oil project. The next day, it's 17 washers needed RIGHT NOW to get a broken machine back up-and-running. We are faced with requirements like these from our global customers all day, every day - and our top priority is to deliver them accurately and on time.

We are seeking a confident, proactive, and resourceful Project Coordinator to support us in this mission.

Our Project Coordinators are the first point of contact for new customer requirements. They handle enquiries via email and phone, interpreting and clarifying the specifics of what the customer needs, to ensure everyone is on the same page. They liaise with suppliers and our internal team to establish optimal routes of supply, obtaining quotations, placing orders, and most importantly they ensure that nothing gets in the way of delivering the customer's requirement successfully (even if that means getting their hands dirty from time to time in the warehouse!).

With a never-ending stream of often complex enquiries, high expectations from customers, and the constant challenges associated with manufacturing and logistics - the role is not for the faint hearted. But the satisfaction you get from seeing an order go out the door that every other supplier said was "impossible" is hard to beat. Plus, there's a knowledgeable and supportive team working right alongside you here in Stockport to ensure you're never fighting alone!

Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm
