Planova is a leading specialist in retail and petrol forecourt shopfitting, delivering high-quality, end-to-end fit-out solutions across the industry. We're looking to welcome a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our team.

What You'll Need to Succeed



Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships

A sound understanding of Bills of Materials (BoM), manufacturing processes, and the ability to interpret client drawings

A proactive mindset with the ability to assess risks and solve problems effectively

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include



Creating and maintaining part numbers and Bills of Materials (BoMs)

Liaising with senior management to define project outcomes, deliverables, and timelines

Managing project documentation and producing detailed fit-out installation packs

Providing daily support to the wider project team as directed by management

Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the installation team, including identifying and recording any variations

Assisting Project Managers with budgeting, quotations, and client reporting

Producing quotes based on technical drawings and client specifications

Assessing and managing project risks, providing solutions when issues arise

Tracking and reporting on project milestones, performance, and delivery timelines

What We're Looking For



Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within construction or shop fitting

Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines in a dynamic environment

Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to interpret construction drawings and schedules

Confidence working independently and as part of a collaborative team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
