Your Role:

We are seeking a proactive, well organised Project Coordinator, in our Modular department.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all projects comply with relevant Health & Safety and Construction regulations, along with industry best practices. Oversee project installations and dismantling, ensuring completion within the planned budget and agreed timelines. Maintain clear communication and consistency by liaising with others working on the project. Ensure adequate resources, including labour, materials, and subcontractor services, are allocated and managed effectively. Manage all project-related correspondence, documentation, and information. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring effective communication and delivering a high level of service. Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, industry codes of practice, and company procedures regarding Health and Safety. Conduct site inspections to ensure accurate project pricing and cost management.

Role Requirements:

GCSE or equivalent level of education, including Maths and English Full UK driving licence CSCS Card
