Due to Company expansion, we are recruiting for a Project Co-ordinator within our Energi Division. The successful candidate will manage all client communications related to the project and liaise with the Engineering/Design team to ensure the project runs smoothly, meets specifications and is delivered on time and within budget. Job duties include
Acting as single point of contact and coordinate with clients on all project related matters.
Organising and leading client meetings, presentations and status updates.
Managing client expectations by providing clear, timely information on schedules, deliverables, and changes.
Collaborating closely with Electrical Engineering/Design, Production and field Services teams to ensure project requirements are understood and executed.
Tracking actual project costs against budgets and report variances.
Mentoring and training junior Project Co-ordinator and Administration staff.
Skills and Experience
A degree or HND / HNC in Engineering, project management or related field.
Proven experience in managing projects from design through to installation.
Health and Safety awareness.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
Work to exceptionally high standards.
Working as part of a team.
A valid driving license.
