We are currently looking for a

Project Coordinator

to join our team.


As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the full project lifecycle. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.


Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

Manage full-cycle project execution in line with specifications and contractual obligations Define project scope, deliverables, schedule, and goals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Coordinate project teams, delegate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion Maintain project documentation, budgets, and schedules, and provide regular updates to leadership Communicate effectively with engineering, construction, and client teams to align expectations and resolve issues Oversee project invoicing and closeout processes Contribute to the development of global and regional procedures Travel to key stakeholders, including international locations, when required

What we expect from you:

Proven experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in an industrial or technical environment Strong understanding of project management principles and tools Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and make effective decisions under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF editing software (Adobe/Bluebeam)
