We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Building Services team at Royal Derby Hospital.



Working as a Project Coordinator you will be responsible to the senior project manager for the management and support of Lifceyle project co-ordination tasks and all associated documentation

What you'll do:





Organise and maintain End-to-End files, ensuring all documents are up to date and latest versions are being used. Ensuring the files are moved from Pre-Con to Project files with required.

Assisting QS & Commercial team in the following areas. + Raising requisitions via DocuSign/ERP
+ Raising consultancy agreements & subcontracts
+ Tracking of orders
+ Invoicing
+ Review of scoping documents. Prior to issue to senior commercial manager.



Be responsible for ensuring contractors return subcontracts, in a timely manner for works to start.

Own the RDH morning brief. Ensuring all weekly works are identified on the weekly planner, any changes are amended. In his/her absence, ensuring a deputy is in place to hold the meetings.

Audit End-to-End files for specified Project Managers.

Own the Lifecycle and Variation trackers. Ensuring they're updated and always correct. Allowing for senior managers to report against.

What you'll bring to the role:





Relevant experience in a similar role Experience working in a Fast-paced team A strong background in project coordination or senior administration role Detail - oriented for accuracy with regards work and processes.
