Key Responsibilities:
Learning and Development:
Actively participating in training, shadowing experienced colleagues, and taking the initiative to expand your knowledge.
Project Assistance:
Contributing to various projects, realising efficiencies, and proposing automation throughout the business process.
Change Management Support:
Assisting in the implementation of change by documenting requests, tracking progress, communicating updates to the team, and ensuring adherence to new standards.
Reporting:
Providing accurate and up-to-date reports to department managers.
Problem Solving:
Identifying and analyzing business challenges and contributing to the development of potential solutions.
Research and Analysis:
Assisting with the collection and analysis of property data, trends, new opportunities (including AI) and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
General Team Support:
Providing ad-hoc support to team members as required to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicating effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. This includes active listening and clear articulation of ideas.
The fast-moving nature of our business means that from time to time you may be asked to perform duties or tasks outside of your original job description on an ad hoc basis. This allows the company to use its people in the best possible way at all times and helps the employees to make their contribution in a changing environment.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in a project coordinator role or similar analysis/administrative/support role.
Comfortable with numbers and data analysis.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A genuine interest in the property industry and a desire to build a long-term career in this sector.
