To support our expanding Maintenance Department, WHP Telecoms is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Co-ordinator to join our COOS and Maintenance team in the UK. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance and operational projects by providing effective coordination, administrative, and system management support.
You will work closely with Project Managers and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with company and client requirements. Responsibilities
Day-to-day coordination of maintenance and operational projects to ensure delivery against agreed timelines and budgets.
Maintain and update StormBird 2 with accurate project data, tracking all dependencies and ensuring claims are submitted correctly and on time.
Raise project-related costs and manage supporting documentation in line with financial controls.
Ensure RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and site access are prepared, approved, and managed effectively for all field activities.
Coordinate with the Field Resourcing Team to ensure appropriate labour and technical resources are allocated to each project.
Schedule work for Field Engineers and track progress against milestones.
Liaise with the Warehouse and Logistics Teams to manage equipment ordering, delivery, and returns.
Provide high-quality administrative support to Project Managers, ensuring all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
Attend internal and external meetings, including conference calls with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong working relationships across WHP Telecoms, with clients, and within the supply chain.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
Previous experience in a Project Support, Administrator, or Co-ordinator role.
Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel at an intermediate level or higher
Experience working with project tracking or asset management systems.
Financial awareness with experience in cost tracking, raising POs, and managing claims.
Desirable:
Experience in a similar role
