About the Role
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of projects from handover to completion. This role ensures smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, while maintaining accurate documentation and financial tracking. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review and accept project handovers.
Attend biweekly handover meetings.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
Prepare RAMS documentation.
Procure materials and manage bookings (e.g., accommodation).
Maintain accurate project records in Trello.
Approve supplier invoices and ensure timely project invoicing.
Produce invoicing forecasts.
Conduct engineer handover meetings.
As a Project Co-Ordinator, you will have/be
Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello) and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
