Position Summary



We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Project Coordinator - White Label / Custom Solutions to oversee and coordinate all projects for our white label customers. You will act as the central point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring that every project moves smoothly from concept to delivery. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.

Main Duties/Responsibilities



Manage and coordinate all white label projects from initial brief through to final delivery.

Work closely with customers to fully understand their requirements, brand guidelines, and deadlines.

Liaise with internal departments (production, quality, logistics, R&D) to ensure projects are executed effectively and on time.

Ensuring that orders placed are followed through the process, and delivered on time to customers

Maintain clear project timelines, tracking milestones and progress across multiple teams.

Act as the customer advocate within the business, ensuring deliverables meet agreed quality and brand standards.

Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates, address queries, and manage expectations.

Identify and resolve any project risks or delays to maintain on-time delivery.

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and project notes in all internal systems.

Monitor and review processes to identify improvements for future projects.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Required Essential Skills and Qualification



Previous experience in a similar project management or account coordination role.

Strong background in managing multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.

3+ years' experience working with clients in manufacturing, FMCG, or food production sectors.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

High attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
