Project Coordinator

to join our dynamic team.

The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the crucial link between our clients, suppliers, and installation teams. You'll help plan, schedule, and manage multiple playground installation projects from orders placed to installation, helping Operations to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the procurement of materials and equipment for ongoing projects and stock Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams Manage project logistics, material ordering, and documentation Further support to Operations as required

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in project coordination, ideally within construction, landscaping, or outdoor installations Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Full UK driver's license

Nice to Have

Background in construction management or related field Knowledge of playground safety standards (e.g. BS EN 1176/1177)

What We Offer
