We are seeking a diligent and conscientious individual to to join our team working for a successful company based south of Norwich. Your new role will play a vital part in our growth plans and will help ensure the continued success of the business. The ideal candidate will support the Account Manager with admin duties that need to be performed within the sales and marketing team.

Due to the nature of our business and the importance of team work, you must be able to travel to the office as this is not a fully remote role.

Key Duties



Co-ordinate multiple projects from inception to close for both private and own label projects Writing and issuing critical path timings Completion of documents to be submitted to retailers to form part of product set ups (New Line Forms) Liaise with designers, attend product shoots and develop packaging artwork Proof reading / checking of artworks and issuing approvals of packaging Build and maintain a relationship with customers, European and Far East office colleagues, suppliers and all internal departments Maintaining records of customer product and packaging libraries Be constantly familiar with the totality of the company's products and suppliers, customer limitations and industry legislation, ensuring accurate information is submitted to customers and that all supplied products meet retailer and consumer standards Work with wider sales and internal teams, keeping everyone updated on CP process and timings Participating in regular reviews / weekly internal meetings to ensure clear communication on CP activities Identify and eliminate risks to ensure launch dates are met Work to tight deadlines and manage workloads and steer projects back on course should challenges be faced Controlling and organizing sample requests for photography, PR etc. as well as organizing first production samples and internal tasting panels. Providing cover and taking ownership of Critical Path management in Project Managers absence General admin duties in supporting the Sales Team and provide cover for preparation of samples (cooking and presentation), arranging product labels, booking couriers for deliveries in absence of team members.

Experience:

We are looking for someone who has experience in an administration role, ideally in the food industry.

Microsoft suite including Excel, Word and Powerpoint Experience of working with Business Central or a similar ERP system An applicant who has some experience working in a sales / retail office is preferable but candidates who are highly organised, have general experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple customers and deadlines can also be considered. Customer service focused role
