The University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) is a globally influential institute within the University of Cambridge working on a mission to develop leadership and solutions towards a sustainable economy.

The Education Team is a fast-growing team within the institute, expanding our reach to enable more participants to join our programmes online and in person, to catalyse change within their organisations and at a wider system level. We are looking for someone excited to work with influential organisations and support us to continue growing our work.

The role

As Project Coordinator you will work in the Executive Education, providing the key administrative support to ensure that programmes are delivered in a timely and efficient manner, achieve their objectives and are to a high standard. Working on different projects you will coordinate work with a range of teams, clients and partners, offering excellent customer service and interaction to a range of people including faculty, contributors, suppliers.

We are looking for candidates who are interested in sustainability and committed to the values that underpin CISL\'s work. In addition, you should be able to demonstrate the following essential skills and experience:

Educated to at least A Level or NVQ level 3 or equivalent standard or level of relevant practical experience.

Previous experience in an administrative role.

Experience of event management and logistics and/or project coordination.

Experience of supporting the financial aspects of projects and financial procedures.

Experience developing high levels of trust and credibility in relationships with internal and external stakeholders from varying backgrounds.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong competence in the use of Microsoft packages, and familiarity with digital education platforms such as Moodle, and/or online delivery platforms (Zoom, MS Teams etc).

Excellent organisational skills, with a high attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated interest in CISL missions to support a sustainable society.

Working 36.5 hours per week \xc2\xbf Hybrid/flexible/part-time working considered
