Key responsibilities:



Using the systems you will support tracking of projects and key milestones: Set up new projects by creating manilla folders Input invoicing milestones Create sales order and update project data Update cost trackers with new SAGE costs Attend the percentage of completion end of month meeting Handle fabrication accruals, contacting suppliers for accounts in preparation for the end of month meeting deadlines Update current delivery dates and on time shop release dates Issue job cost details to the team once a month Maintain the projects log with all current projects Attend Kick Off Meetings for all new projects, and carry out actions from the meetings Assist with the preparation of Installation, Operation and Maintenance requests Maintain On-Time Delivery records.

Requirements:



You will have experience of working within an Engineering or Fabrication environment, and working with a projects team. You will be fully proficient in the use of Microsoft office Excel and have the knowledge to produced formulas, pivot tables, format cells, and use conditional formatting. Intermediate in the use of Microsoft office Word and be able to use document formatting, and table of contents, and feel comfortable using Microsoft office Outlook's rules, and categories You have excellent organizational skills be able to prioritise tasks, working and respecting deadlines, and work in a methodical fashion. Are a team player, and have excellent communication skills verbal and written.
