We're now looking for a
dynamic and experienced individual
to join our operations team -- someone who can bring projects to life and ensure delivery matches our high creative standards.
About the Role
You'll work closely with our Head of Operations and CEO to keep our live projects running smoothly, while planning and preparing the next ones. You'll play a pivotal, hands-on role in making sure our projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the high standards we're known for.
This role would suit someone with a background in
shopfitting
,
multi-skilled trades
, or
project/site management
-- someone who is organised, practical, proactive, and confident taking ownership of project delivery from materials to manpower.
Importantly,
you'll be just as comfortable picking up tools as you are managing a team
-- experience "on the tools" is key. Whether it's jumping in to meet a deadline or solving a build issue firsthand, we need someone who's not afraid to get stuck in when needed -- but who also brings clear leadership, planning and communication to every job.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage live projects
, from planning to delivery
Liaise with suppliers
and coordinate material orders
Maintain project schedules
, understanding and working towards critical milestones and deadlines
Plan future project logistics
, coordinating with internal and external teams
Manage the workshop and team
, ensuring productivity and quality
Interpret technical drawings and design packs
, turning ideas into physical builds
Be
hands-on where needed
, stepping in with tools during busy periods or on-site problem-solving
Lead teams confidently
, balancing practical input with project oversight
Identify and resolve issues quickly and creatively during live projects
Track progress and report on status to the senior team
Ensure all projects are delivered in line with OLLYWOOD's values and standards
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in
shopfitting
