We're looking for a Project Delivery Officer to join our Asset Management team. You'll be a key player in delivering planned and major works across our homes, ensuring our customers receive excellent service every step of the way.
What You'll Be Doing
Acting as the first point of contact for residents during improvement projects
Coordinating and delivering timely, clear communication to residents
Managing appointments, access issues, and resolving first-stage complaints
Building strong, positive relationships with contractors and customers
Supporting resident engagement activities and promoting social value
Tailoring communications to individual needs and championing the customer voice
Reporting on customer satisfaction, complaints, resolutions, and compliments
What We're Looking For
Experience in a customer care or resident liaison role, ideally within social housing
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Awaab's Law, HHSRS and Decent Homes standards
Skilled in complaint resolution and managing expectations
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using technology
Full UK driving licence and a DBS check (or willing to obtain one)
