Collaborating with community members, organizations, and stakeholders to develop and implement programs, projects, and initiative.
Organising workshops, training sessions, events, and community activities that address the identified needs of the community.
Developing and organising new and existing events.
Conducting assessments. Interviews, surveys, focus groups and community consultations to identify the needs, concerns, and priorities of the community.
Working with existing and new partners to ensure project delivery.
Assessing ongoing and new projects to ensure successful delivery, while adhering to existing policies and contributing to the development of new ones.
Supporting community members and groups in building their skills, knowledge, and capacity to actively participate in community development activities.
Representing Anyiso in meetings, forums, and public events.
Collaborating and forming partnerships, networks, and alliances with local organizations, government agencies, and community groups to leverage resources, expertise, and support for Anyiso development initiatives.
To evaluate the effectiveness of the project outcomes
To produce bi-monthly and adhoc performance reports
To maintain appropriate records of project development.
To undertake any other duties as required by the management.
General duties:

Manage a personal workplan and prepare progress reports directed by the Line Manager.
Regularly update operational systems in relation to all relevant work activity.
As a team member, collaborate and work together on tasks/projects as demand dictates.
Contribute fully to the smooth running and professional operation of Anyiso.
Compliance with all organisational policies, and all legal obligations, relating to duties.
Maintain a best value culture and support the organisation's vision and values.
An ambassador for Anyiso, promoting its vision and values.
