We are seeking an accomplished

Project Director

to lead a landmark property remodelling programme of national importance. This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and delivery excellence in a complex, politically sensitive environment. You will have the autonomy to shape the vision, lead the team, and set new benchmarks in design, delivery, and social impact.


Taking end-to-end responsibility for a multi-million-pound, major capital scheme, you'll define and drive the project strategy - ensuring every stage, from concept design to completion, is delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and sustainability.


Working within the NEC suite of contracts, you will manage multidisciplinary design, construction, and stakeholder teams, ensuring performance, risk, and value-for-money are always at the forefront. Your ability to navigate complex governance structures and build trust with senior stakeholders will be critical to success.


We're looking for a proven leader of large-scale development or infrastructure projects, with a strong track record of delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Adept at leading teams and managing supply chains, you balance strategic vision with hands-on commercial and technical oversight.


You'll bring:



Experience of delivering complex property development schemes (150m+) from inception to completion. A deep understanding of construction, planning, design and development processes. A collaborative leadership style that inspires performance across partners and disciplines. Professional accreditation (RICS, MCIOB, MICE or equivalent).

Salary circa 150,000 per annum
