, is seeking a dynamic leader to join their London team and take ownership of high-profile, complex projects for top-tier clients.

The Opportunity

You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale refurbishment, fit-out, and adaptive reuse projects, working closely with developers, landlords, and occupiers. This role offers the chance to shape landmark commercial spaces while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders at board level.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of major commercial construction projects, from inception to completion. Manage project budgets ranging from

5 million to 800 million

. Develop and implement

procurement and contract strategies

that drive value and mitigate risk. Oversee

cost control, risk management, and value engineering

throughout delivery. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring alignment across all project stages. Build trusted relationships with Tier 1 clients and ensure governance, quality, and programme expectations are met. Present confidently to senior stakeholders and provide clear, strategic updates.

About You

Minimum

10 years' senior project delivery experience

within construction, in large commercial refurbishment or fit-out projects ideally within the UK Background working with

major clients, landlords, or developers

on high-value construction projects. Strong

commercial acumen

and proven ability to manage complex budgets and delivery strategies. Skilled communicator and influential leader, able to operate effectively at the board level. Deep understanding of the

UK construction and regulatory environment

. UK-based (or willing to relocate) with a proactive, collaborative, and client-focused mindset.
