We are seeking a highly organised Project Documentation & Submissions Manager to take responsibility for producing, coordinating, and improving all customer-facing project documentation.
This is a flexible, primarily remote role for someone with strong technical writing, organisational, and presentation skills. Industry knowledge is desirable but not essential -- what matters most is the ability to deliver polished, professional, and timely documentation that supports our operations and impresses our clients.
Duties
Prepare, edit, and issue high-quality quotations, proposals, and project reports.
Develop and maintain RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) to required standards.
Create and update Microsoft Project schedules and Gantt charts.
Standardise and improve company templates, ensuring consistency across all submissions.
Manage deadlines to ensure all deliverables are produced and submitted on time.
Support project teams by collating technical input and formatting it into customer-ready documents.
Liaise with the Managing Director and project leads to ensure all documentation reflects company standards.
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline documentation processes and improve efficiency
Experience
Proven experience in project coordination, documentation management, or technical submissions (construction or engineering sector essential).
Excellent written English with strong attention to detail and presentation.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Organised, process-driven, and committed to continuous improvement.
Industry knowledge in construction, engineering, or related fields).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 18.00-25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
