Project Engineer - Flange Management

Location: Westhill, Aberdeen (Hybrid)


Employment Type: Full-Time


IKM Testing is looking for a Project Engineer with expertise in flange management to join our Operations team. This is a key role focused on the safe and efficient execution of operational activities, ensuring profitability and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate flange management projects across various sites Prepare project documentation, reports, and tenders including method statements and pricing Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams Oversee daily site operations and ensure QA and HSE compliance Monitor job performance and progress against deadlines Support business development through technical input and client visits Supervise and empower team members, promoting continuous improvement Offshore travel and site visits as required

What We're Looking For

Essential


Degree-qualified with experience in a Project Lead role within Pipeline and/or Process Services Strong technical knowledge of flange management operations and equipment Experience in budget ownership and financial reporting Proficiency in 2D and basic 3D drawing packages Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong quality focus and attention to detail

Preferred


Mechanical background Experience in project environments
