Project Engineer

to join our dynamic team, based on-site at our office in Holywell, which is within commutable distance from Chester, Denbigh, Flint, Prestatyn, Rhyl.

The Role



We are seeking a

Project Engineer

to join our Engineering team and manage project orders in line with customer specifications and ISO 9001 standards. Duties will be (but not limited to):

Coordinate and support project orders from concept to completion. Review and manage technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure controlled distribution and traceability of documents and drawings. Attend project kick-off and handover meetings with customers and internal teams. Produce 2D drawings for design tasks, fabrication, and customer approvals. Liaise with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Assist with quality assurance tasks, including sign-off of critical hold points. Generate Bills of Materials using the company ERP system.

Skills & Experience



NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Design or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years). Strong technical/mechanical engineering background. Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks for 2D/3D drawings. Competent in Microsoft Office, including Project, Excel, and Word. Ability to evaluate design feasibility and review technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to manage workload independently and as part of a team.
