This is a dynamic, site-based role where you'll be the vital link between our remote project management team and on-site operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead on-site coordination

: Oversee deliveries, manage commissioning labour, and supervise subcontractors.

Be the face of FlaktGroup on-site

: Represent us in meetings and liaise with general contractors, stakeholders, and clients.

Drive project success

: Plan and execute commissioning schedules, manage resources, and ensure health & safety compliance.

Ensure quality and compliance

: Maintain site records, conduct audits, and upload documentation to client portals.

Support project delivery

: Collaborate with remote teams to keep projects on track, on budget, and within scope.

What You Bring

A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. CSCS or Site Supervisor certification. 3-5 years of on-site experience in project engineering or commissioning (HVAC/Data Centre experience is a plus). Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6).
