Job Bridge Global is looking for a talented Project Engineer specializing in Oil and Gas to join our clients Manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing projects in a laboratory from conception through to completion, ensuring all project aspects align with quality, budget, and timeline expectations. Your expertise will help drive efficiency and innovation within our production environment.
Key Responsibilities: * Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.
  • Design and Development:
  • Participate in the design and engineering phases of manufacturing projects, assisting in the development of processes and systems.
  • Utilize CAD software to create and modify product designs as needed.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Implement best practices in quality control and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess product quality and manufacturing processes.
  • Cost Management:
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, making recommendations for cost-saving measures where possible.
  • Prepare reports on project costs and financial projections for management review.
  • Risk Assessment:
  • Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the manufacturing process and develop action plans to mitigate them.
  • Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, specifications, and progress reports.
  • Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on project status.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with budget management and cost control (preferred).
  • Project management certification (preferred).
