Job Overview

We are seeking an on-site highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing engineering projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, safety standards, and client requirements. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate, HND graduate or more experienced professional.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects from inception to delivery. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications. Develop project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget management. Coordinate the design, development, and testing of components or equipment. Perform risk assessments, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Conduct technical analyses, feasibility studies, and performance evaluations. Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

An engineering degree or graduate HND in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Aerospace Engineering. Proficiency in project management Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Solid organizational and time management skills.
