We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Mobile networks- We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

What will you be doing?
In this role, you'll review RAMS and FOPs, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and ready for deployment. You'll provide technical support across the project, helping the wider team resolve issues quickly and maintain delivery momentum. You'll undertake technical reviews of sites before build, checking designs, risks, and specifications to ensure each site is ready for construction. We'll rely on you to maintain clear liaison between the build and field teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handovers. Alongside this, you'll deliver technical back?office support, keeping project workflows on track and ensuring high engineering standards throughout. You'll ideally be based in West Byfleet or Diseworth to support regional project activity.
What you'll bring
Proven technical experience in a Project Engineering role within the telecoms sector.
Strong problem?solving skills with the ability to resolve technical and delivery challenges.
Able to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Background in rigging and telecoms site build management.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project cost drivers.
* Working knowledge of relevant health & safety legislation and industry standards.
