Job Description

Responsible for installation, maintenance and improvement of production lines and equipment. Responsible for the management of contractors and the site facilities, including HVAC and room conditions. Support Business Development in providing technical information in defining capabilities of new and existing processes or equipment to facilitate accurate quoting and project scope. Recommend and provide engineering and technical solutions for client scoping projects. Ensure accuracy of engineering documentation with respect to calibration, maintenance schedules and maintenance records. Work with the site leadership team to identify business improvement opportunities within the operational areas. Lead project review meetings to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsible for establishing equipment and process requirements for new product introduction. Responsible for the management of technical projects from initiation through to implementation including planning, design development and introduction. To ensure equipment and facilities comply with the relevant HSE legislation. Undertake validation activities associated with new and existing equipment and processes including the preparation of User Requirement Specifications (URS) and IQ / OQ / PQ documentation as required. Hold responsibility for departmental budgets and to manage project budgets in line with PharmaPac guidelines. To ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards as detailed in personal training file. To perform any other duties that are deemed to be reasonable by Senior Management

Pay: 60,000.00-70,000.00 per year
