Project Estimator & Sales Support
to join our dynamic and friendly team at our Sudbury headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on the most suitable external shading products for their needs
Highlight product features and benefits
Prepare and send estimates, and follow up with clients
Schedule design consultant visits for site surveys
Following up formal quotations post-survey
Assist with order entry and client communications
Set up new client profiles and send product samples
General administrative duties, including answering phones and email correspondence
What You'll Need:
At least 1 year of sales support experience (required)
Excellent phone manner and written communication skills
Strong organisational abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of HubSpot is beneficial but not essential
A team-player attitude and willingness to learn (industry-specific training provided)

Must be able to commute to or relocate to Sudbury before starting
