About the Role



We are looking for a highly motivated individual eager to accelerate their career in smart home electronics and home automation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about home automation, HVAC controls, and engineering, looking for hands-on experience in a small, dynamic company with room for growth.

This position is suited for someone with a strong interest in electronics, communications, and technical support. The successful candidate will be proactive, eager to learn, and committed to growing with our business.

Key Responsibilities:



Support new and existing customers in designing a fully integrated HVAC solution using the Polar Bear Design equipment Create Details Design Drawings Create Deployment packages Create Test & signoff reports Occational site inspection (pre & post) Create technical design packs Create maintenance schedules Liase with customers regarding project managment and key milestones Assist in Support

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Familiare with Residential or Comercial control systems (e.g. Crestron, Savant, Lutron, Trend, Tridium, KNX etc..) Solid understanding of typical Heating & Cooling systems (in-house training will be provided) Understanding of communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, TCP/IP, KNX). Understanding of electrical wiring systems and electronic hardware. Understanding of plumbing systems design Proficient in AutoCAD design software Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams. Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. A logical, detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities. A passion for technology, motivation, and commitment to learning.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):



BIM level design Familiarity with 3D CAD such as Solidworks. Planning & Scheduling tools
