Gain experience within Project Management, Public Relations, Advertising, Entertainment, Management/Promotions at the largest arts festival in the world.

This is an excellent opportunity for anybody who is interested in Project Management, or someone who is looking to gain experience within Public Relations, Advertising or Entertainment Management/Promotions.

The project is to supply, install, maintain & remove all the external advertising (posters & similar formats) for the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2025. In 2024 there were over 7km of posters throughout the entire city with over 500 national and international clients, including some of the largest Entertainment Management Companies and Comedy Promoters within the industry. Our 2025 project is on track to be on a similar scale. We work directly with a variety of stakeholders including the City of Edinburgh Council, the Fringe Society, clients/customer, venues, local residents, and businesses.

We are contracted to handle all aspects of the scheme from sales and accounts to production, build, installation, maintenance and break down. The Project Assistants will assist with all aspects of the projects and be issued specialist projects and responsibilities based on experience. In the past these have covered customer service, project administration, HR, warehouse logistics, risk assessments, social media, specialist installations and operational planning. This will be discussed with you during your interview and confirmed during training week.
