Role Description

This is a full-time, mixed workshop/on-site role for a Project & Maintenance Lead. The role involves overseeing

event

setups for our POP UP PUBS division, managing installation projects, and ensuring timely maintenance of equipment. The candidate will coordinate with teams to ensure the smooth execution of installations, inspect and maintain equipment, and troubleshoot any operational issues promptly. Upholding high safety and efficiency standards will be a key focus.

Qualifications

Experience with hands-on maintenance work and technical equipment handling Strong problem-solving and organisational skills Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance in live event environments Ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients Flexibility to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments Previous experience in event operations or facilities management preferred SMSTS, Driving Licence & Forklift Licence preferred but training offered

Salary

Starting salary of between 29k-33k depending on experience.
