Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Planner to support the Project Management Office (PMO) to plan and phase projects and programmes across the Global portfolio.

Main Accountabilities

Develop and maintain a global capital investment portfolio schedule, coordinating inputs from Europe and North America. Support the Head of PMO in managing and reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones at a global level. Ensure alignment of regional project plans with enterprise-wide investment strategies and timelines. Manage the administration of the company's 5-year CAPEX investment plan. Ensure all project data is accurately captured, maintained, and aligned with financial forecasts and strategic goals. Analyse capital investment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency. Create clear, actionable reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making. Track ROI and project performance, providing insights to improve capital deployment Promote standardisation and knowledge-sharing across regions Support Project and Programme Managers to provide accurate resource and financial forecasting.

Person Specifications:

Proven experience managing project schedules, timelines, and data within the food & drink industry (FMCG environment). Proven ability to drive and improve standards within planning role and data analysis University graduate in business management, engineering or project management related disciplines Excellent interpersonal and soft skills across all functions and levels of the business and with third parties involved in project work. Continuously looks for ways to improve processes, challenge assumptions, and drive value. Proficient in project planning tools (e.g. MS Project), Excel, and data visualisation platforms such as Power BI.
