Our friendly and dynamic Central and Local Government (CLG) team is leading the way in the government\'s existing and future energy retrofit programmes (domestic and non-domestic).

We\'ve already supported over 400 organisations to develop their retrofit funding and delivery plans, our clients ranging from Central Government departments to Local Authorities, social housing providers and residents\' associations. We\'re looking for skilled, determined and passionate team members to support our clients on their transition from planning to delivery, and bring the pace of change needed across the UK.

What you\'ll be doing\xe2\x80\xa6

• Deliver high quality services and ensure that services meet our customers\' needs
• Take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery of challenging projects
• Be the key, day-to-day client interface; ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the appropriate quality standards
• Project Management tasks include:

• Leading the project team
• Stakeholder management and reporting
• Defining success criteria and monitoring KPIs
• Project governance and contract administration
• Quality assurance
• Change control

Qualifications

What you\'ll bring\xe2\x80\xa6

• Experience in retrofit project delivery with a proactive attitude toward managing project timescales and potentially tight deadlines
• Demonstrable knowledge of JCT / NEC construction contract management
• Excellent client facing skills, with the ability to understand and empathise
• Organised project management approach
• Strong analytical skills, you\'re not afraid to challenge the status quo and hold people and teams to account
• A team player - take accountability for your work, sharing your lessons learnt and wins with the wider team

A \xe2\x80\x9cnice to have\xe2\x80\x9d \xe2\x80\xa6

• Knowledge of retrofit standards (e.g. PAS2035, PAS2038, PAS 2030)
• Technical understanding of retrofit particulars (e.g. thermal performance (modelled and actual), EPC certificates, energy efficiency regulations, building regulations, etc.)
• Knowledge of funding schemes and requitements e.g. SHDF, PSDS, LADS, HUG
• Level 2 Understanding Domestic Retrofit NOCN
• Degree qualified in relevant construction related degree
• Holding or working towards MRICS or MCIOB
