We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating projects related to analytical services provided to our esteemed clients. You will work cross functionally with internal stakeholders as well as clients to ensure the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Utilize your background as an analyst/analytical scientist to understand and effectively work with data generated from common biophysical chromatographic, characterization, and analytical techniques utilized in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to effectively manage project timelines.
  • Coordinate and communicate project progress, milestones, and risks to the project team and senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans when necessary.
  • Foster effective teamwork and collaboration across departments to optimize project outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a scientific discipline (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven experience utilising a project management skillset in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
  • Strong understanding of drug discovery and development processes, analytical techniques, and regulatory requirements.
  • Background as an analyst/analytical scientist, with experience working with data generated from common biophysical, chromatographic, characterization, and analytical techniques utilized in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex technical projects.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple projects and tasks.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
