Collaborate effectively with clients, designers, statutory authorities, and internal teams.
Take ownership of quality assurance, ensuring compliance with specifications, ITPs, and audit requirements.
Promote a strong safety culture and lead and implement regular HSEQ inspections and RAMS reviews.
Oversee performance, plant coordination, and site logistics.
Provide accurate reporting, contribute to cost forecasting and commercial closeout processes.
Produce clear, professional presentations to communicate project progress, materials management plans, lookahead plans, and sequencing to internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years' experience managing major highways or infrastructure schemes (10m+).
Strong technical knowledge of earthworks, materials, and road construction.
Proficient in NEC contract management, particularly Option B.
