Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for banking and card-related initiatives. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QA, compliance, and operations. Ensure effective stakeholder communication and coordination across business and technical teams. Identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation and contingency plans. Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Prepare and present project status reports and dashboards to senior management. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, security policies, and banking/payment compliance requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, EMV, ISO 8583).

Required Skills & Experience:



7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3-5 years in the

banking and cards domain

. Proven experience delivering projects related to card payments, issuing/acquiring systems, card lifecycle, or transaction processing. Strong understanding of banking systems, payment gateways, and industry regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc. Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:



PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP). Experience working with global banks or financial service providers. Exposure to digital payments, mobile wallets, or fintech platforms is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.

Pay: 400.00-430.00 per day
