About the Role




As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of medium to large-scale projects, either independently or as part of a wider programme. You'll lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. From concept to production, you'll manage the full project development life cycle, ensuring excellence at every stage.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, from research and design to implementation and production. Drive the development of core products, new features, and innovative technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align project goals with strategic priorities. Apply best practice project management methodologies and adhere to formal stage gate processes. Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. Present project updates and solutions to senior leaders, technical teams, and customers. Champion continuous improvement and deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose solutions.

What We're Looking For



A motivational and hands-on project leader with a strong process mindset. Proven experience managing complex projects in a technical or engineering environment. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Strong understanding of the full project development life cycle. Experience with budget ownership, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements



Demonstrable experience in a similar role wherein stakeholder engagement is a core deliverable Proven project management with delivery of medium to large projects Degree educated, ideally within an engineering discipline

The Successful Candidate



Works effectively with people across a wide range of disciplines and levels (both internal and external resources) Has strong decision making capabilities Will have experience of remote team management
