The Project Manager Role - Building Fitout





This is a standout opportunity to lead the delivery of a complex and high-profile package valued at approximately 150m, with a particular focus on the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of extensive clean and dry room installations. Proven experience in large-scale clean room delivery including the planning for facilitation of process equipment by an external contractor would be preferred.



As part of the senior team, you'll report directly to the Project Director and lead an established group in a collaborative, integrated environment. Strong leadership, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work closely with our two MEP partners, as well as the upcoming process fit-out contractor will be key to your success.



The overall project is valued at 900m and is due to become operational in early 2028. It represents a significant part of our forward workload and offers a unique platform for personal and professional growth.


Your Profile





You will be educated to degree level and you will have a strong track record of leading teams and successfully delivering those projects. It is essential you have a good knowledge and understanding of appropriate forms of NEC contract options and the associated contract processes. Integral to your role will be planning, coordinating, and constructing within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.



Ideal experience;


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Construction Management Proven management experience overseeing clean room environments on an industrial project Preferred experience of facilitating process equipment install into the main contractor scope Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Exceptional leadership skills The ability to monitor project deliverables and update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
