Role Overview:




We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

IS Project Manager

to lead the successful delivery of projects within our global Steam IS portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving value-driven change across our organization by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations. Reporting to the Project Manager Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and executing initiatives that support our digital transformation journey.


Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on...




Developing and executing comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, and resource allocation. Managing project budgets and ensure optimal use of resources. Monitoring progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Leading cross-functional teams and maintain effective collaboration across global stakeholders. Managing vendor relationships, in collaboration with our Vendor and ESG Manager, to ensure performance aligns with project goals. Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders at all levels. Upholding governance standards and actively participate in change management processes. Delivering global Steam IS projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Maintaining compliance with PMO frameworks and governance. Fostering a productive and motivated project delivery team.

Your previous experience is likely to include....




Proven track record as a Project Manager in IS/IT environments, delivering SaaS and PaaS solutions. Experience managing multiple sub-projects and full lifecycle IS projects, including business change initiatives. Background in global organizations and working with external third-party delivery teams. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and IT infrastructure project delivery. Proficiency in both waterfall and agile project methodologies. Strong understanding of application development lifecycles and modern digital technologies.
