Job Description

```Duties```
- Supervise and manage daily operations at the site
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and regulations
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of equipment and supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to site staff
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals
- Prepare reports on site activities, performance, and progress

```Experience```
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to effectively manage resources and prioritize tasks
- Experience in coordinating with vendors and contractors
- Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and reporting
