As GRAHAM continues to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a major construction project in Wolverhampton. This role requires expertise in large-scale Residential; Student Accommodation; Commercial/Office developments. This is an exciting opportunity to drive a high-profile project, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
Project Manager
As a Project Manager at GRAHAM, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a high-profile construction development in Wolverhampton, valued in excess of 60million. You will lead the project team, drive strategic planning, and ensure exceptional quality, efficiency, and compliance across all aspects of the build.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:

  • Oversee and manage site staff, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Drive project planning, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
  • Control and manage all project resources, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide strategic oversight for the overall management of the project.
Compliance & Quality:
  • Ensure strict adherence to company procedures and industry best practices.
  • Uphold Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management standards.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with contract and statutory obligation
Project Performance & Delivery:
Monitor and control all aspects of the project, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Report on project KPIs to senior management, providing clear insights and updates.
  • Manage and monitor subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Communicate effectively with the project management team, fostering collaboration.
Stakeholder Engagement & Innovation:
  • Liaise with clients and designers, building strong, positive relationships.
  • Attend monthly progress meetings, compiling detailed reports.
  • Identify and introduce improvements and innovations where appropriate.
  • Assist the commercial team in procurement and cost management.
  • Positively promote GRAHAM, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
Personal Specification
Technical Competencies (Essential)
  • Demonstrable experience in a Project Management role.
  • Strong communication and management skills.
  • Experience in delivering large-scale projects.
  • Excellent programming knowledge.
  • Sound technical and problem-solving knowledge.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of statutory health and safety requirements.
  • Awareness of different construction contracts and ability to manage complex contracts with commercial team support.
