Role Description:
A SM / PM which is a blended/Hybrid project management role, you must be able to leverage the best of both worlds - waterfall and agile methods to increase results, quicken goals achievement, lower expenses, and bring more project benefits. The role will be a key management and coordination point ensuring business and security requirements are accurately captured, dependencies are met and that solutions are efficiently and effectively delivered and adopted across the enterprise. You will be driving projects to bring about the desired results.


Duties and Responsibilities
:

  • Lead and drive multiple cross functional teams on various projects using Agile & Blended-Hybrid execution methods.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience delivering diverse Cyber Security projects (Risk Management and Controls, Security Tools, Cloud Sec, Digital Services Delivery, PII, AIM etc.) in a large enterprise environment.
  • Actively remove or facilitate removal of impediments that block progress of program or product delivery.
  • Support and educate the Product Owners and their teams to ensure a healthy Product WBS and Backlog
  • Partner and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and any dependent teams.
  • Lead increment planning sessions to establish scope and build release plans.
  • Manage and facilitate cross-functional team ceremonies to support development and product releases. Teams may be globally dispersed.
  • Champion and foster project change management processes, procedures, and industry PMO best practices.
  • Foster team accountability while ensuring continual flow of high-quality value from the outcomes.
  • Ensure that projects follow standard PMO operating policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in coaching leaders and scrum masters in lean or agile project practices.
  • Exhibits a goal driven aptitude to take on stretch goals and contribute towards firmwide Agile project Transformation initiatives as well more traditional methods too.
  • Experience working with technical teams, architecture, and 3rd party suppliers/providers.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, a pragmatic approach, and confidence to deliver projects in an environment undergoing significant transformation.
  • Creativity in problem solving and communicating. Results focused.
  • Self-motivated work ethic facilitation and managing activities throughout the various stages of project lifecycle.
  • Pays attention to team needs and pivots his/ her approaches accordingly to support the delivery of business value.




Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher from an accredited college/university
  • APM or PMI Certified or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
  • Experience in business analysis, software/solution developers, Project/Program management and Delivery
  • Innovative self-starter with a passion to help teams using creativity to solve problems.
  • Collaborative work ethic working in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3+ years of experience leading Information Technology and Cyber Security projects
  • 2+ years leading large scale transformation programs, involving business process and change, organization change, and multiple large-scale technology components and complexity based on ITIL and CMMI standards.
  • 3+ years delivering large scale IT solutions leveraging Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Experience in applying Agile techniques such as User Stories and Continuous Integration.
  • Very strong understanding of the IT and system development life cycle
  • Ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with application security vulnerabilities and driving vulnerabilities to remediation.
