Project Manager - Delivery AUKUS

Salary:

From 70,865 plus executive car allowance depending on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

Reviewing project progress alongside key performance metrics to ensure objectives are being met, while also providing regular updates, managing costs effectively, and delivering clear, concise reporting to support informed decision-making and successful delivery Leading/ participating in daily standups and regular team meetings to ensure alignment on priorities, facilitating open communication, track progress, address blockers, and foster a collaborative team environment Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues to minimize impact on delivery Engaging with stakeholders across functions and programmes to build strong, collaborative relationships Leading a team of professionals and supporting their performance, growth, and development Ensuring that all project activities are conducted in alignment with established governance frameworks

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:


Experience in leading end-to-end project delivery with a strong focus on strategic risk management, ensuring successful outcomes in complex and high stakes environments Proven project management experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity by providing clear direction, taking full ownership of project delivery, and being accountable for outcomes Strong strategic communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Desirable:


Relevant professional project management qualification Experience in leading complex project delivery within IT or manufacturing environments
