to join our major projects team in

, where we are supporting a high profile infrastructure programme for
Rolls-Royce Defence
- one of the UK's leading advanced engineering companies.
As a key member of our delivery team, you'll be responsible for leading a complex workstream from planning through to handover, ensuring our commitment to excellence in safety, quality, and delivery is upheld at every stage. You'll be working alongside Rolls-Royce and other strategic partners in a high-security, high-performance environment where your skills will be stretched and your contribution truly valued.
What you'll be doing
As a
Project Manager
, you will be responsible for:
Leading the end-to-end delivery of a key project workstream within a secure defence facility
Managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction and handover
Coordinating with internal teams, the client (Rolls-Royce), and external stakeholders to ensure delivery to scope, budget, and schedule
Upholding the highest standards of health, safety, quality, and compliance in a secure and regulated environment
Managing risks, change, and commercial performance in line with Balfour Beatty's governance framework
Building and leading a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team.
Who we're looking for
Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or construction projects - defence or high-security sector experience is highly desirable
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
A track record of successful delivery in live project environments
Knowledge of NEC contracts (or similar forms)
Experience working within regulated industries (nuclear, defence, aerospace, etc.)
Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
Eligibility to obtain UK
Security Clearance (SC)
is essential.
