Success Factors
To excel in the role of Project Manager, you must demonstrate high standards of safety, quality and compliance with regulatory requirements within the nuclear industry.

You will role model clear communication, ensuring accurate information exchange and alignment amongst team members, together with preparing regular project reports for senior management which provide visibility into project progress.
Taking a solutions-driven and creative approach to meet business needs, you will organise and direct the nuclear team according to individual project requirements.
