Full-time, PermanentWhytematter Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Project Manager for a remote-first digital agency specialising in e-commerce and conversion optimisation.
You'll own client delivery end to end, acting as the main point of contact, managing scope, schedules, and workloads across design and development teams. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, not just coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple client projects from brief to delivery Act as the main client contact, managing expectations and communication Quote for work and manage scope and timelines Plan and prioritise team workload and capacity Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
Requirements
2-4 years' project management experience in a digital or web agency Strong client-facing experience, including difficult conversations Good understanding of Shopify and e-commerce Comfortable with commercial discussions and scope management Experience managing people or team workloads
