As Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing life cycle and facilities-based minor and major projects across the site.
What will you deliver?
Manage project teams and contractors, ensuring work meets safety, quality, and budget requirements.
Management and supervision of life cycle and facilities based minor and major projects
Deliver technical and project documentation to the highest standard.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, enhancing communication and service delivery.
Oversee procurement, equipment hire, and project planning.
Champion a culture of health, safety, and continuous improvement.
Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all policies and legal requirements, including CDM regulations. Conduct site inductions, security clearances, and ensure risk assessments and method statements are in place.
Produce and review technical drawings, commissioning documents, and project specifications.
Lead project meetings, prepare detailed reports, and maintain key project documents.
Manage costs and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Act as a liaison between client and contractor to ensure seamless project execution.

Who are you?
Essential:
City & Guilds, HNC, HND or NEBOSH certification
Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile) or willingness to attain
SMSTS certification
Experience managing engineering/construction projects within healthcare or similar environments
Knowledge of H&S legislation including CDM
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and project planning software (e.g. MS Project or Primavera)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Successful postholder must be able to obtain and maintain a Disclosure Scotland as a Basic Level.
Desirable:
Experience in healthcare FM projects
Working knowledge of Quality Assurance systems and documentation
