Gigawatt Industries Ltd is a leading Independent Connections Provider (ICP) delivering end-to-end EV charging and electrical infrastructure projects across the UK.

We work with major national clients to design, build, and energise large-scale charging and power infrastructure -- from DNO connections and substations to full turnkey civils and electrical delivery.

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of individual EV infrastructure projects from start to finish -- managing delivery, coordination, and client communication throughout each stage.

You'll ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the required standard while supporting the commercial and operational teams across multiple live projects.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone confident working across civils and electrical disciplines within a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of EV charging and electrical infrastructure projects from mobilisation to completion. Coordinate civils, electrical, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth delivery. Monitor budgets, programmes, and quality standards across assigned sites. Attend site meetings and progress reviews with clients and internal teams. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and DNO/IDNO requirements. Track project variations and assist with commercial reporting. Maintain accurate records and project documentation. Support continuous improvement across Gigawatt's delivery operations.

About You

Experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager within utilities, construction, or electrical infrastructure. Strong understanding of project coordination involving both civils and electrical works. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage several projects or workstreams simultaneously. Good commercial awareness and understanding of delivery programmes. Full UK driving licence. Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APMP, or equivalent experience in structured project delivery (desirable).
