Project Manager (EV, Solar, Battery Storage) - EnergyForce

Lead Sustainable Projects Across the UK

EnergyForce, a leading UK provider of commercial EV charging (7kW-22kW AC, up to 420kW DC), battery storage, and solar PV systems (50kW-5MW), is seeking a Project Manager to oversee EV, solar, and storage projects nationwide.

Your role will cover project setup, resource and labour management, coordinating design information, and ensuring smooth delivery. You'll split your time between office and site, supervising, training, and ensuring EnergyForce standards. You'll liaise with senior management and clients, and produce full pre- and post-installation documentation.

Manage projects from initial brief to completion and handover Oversee multiple fast-paced projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency Coordinate teams, documentation, and compliance Support procurement, budgets, and schedules Champion sustainability and innovation

Requirements:

Experience in commercial solar PV, EV charging, or battery storage projects Proven team leadership and organisational skills ECS Gold Card (essential) Health & Safety qualification (e.g. SMSTS, NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar) Full UK driving licence Strong communication and IT skills
