Project Manager | EBS Construction

Time-served tradesmen restoring historic buildings and conserving heritage

We're trusted by custodians - construction professionals, public sector organisations, housing associations, and owners - to restore their buildings and protect heritage. We deliver all forms of specialist restoration works, structural repairs, and building maintenance.

We're skilled tradesmen. Together we bring centuries of experience in stonemasonry, stonework repairs, roofing, leadwork and carpentry for sandstone facades, slate roofs, lead detailing and other age-old materials. All services are delivered in-house by our expert team, assuring our clients of the people and processes being followed on site. We combine traditional craftmanship with modern project management.

Overview - Project Manager

As a Project Manager at EBS, you will play a key role and is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They manage resources, oversee teams, handle risks, and will maintain our client relationships to achieve project goals and ensure overall success.

Pre-Contract Due Diligence Programme & Planning Labour & Subcontractors Plant Materials Commercial - Identify Variations H&S, QA & site Documentation Client (Relationship & Liaison)
Skills & Experience

SMSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme). Strong project planning and scheduling skills, with the ability to develop and manage detailed project programs. Experience in managing and coordinating labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors. Strong commercial awareness and experience in identifying and managing variations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Full UK Driving Licence
